FR<\/strong> : Je suis sociologue et professeure \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al<\/a>. Dans mes recherches actuelles, j\u2019explore le r\u00f4le social et politique des \u00e9motions, en particulier de trois d\u2019entre elles : la solitude, la col\u00e8re sociale, et l\u2019espoir.<\/a>\u00a0Je cherche \u00e0 comprendre leurs sources et leurs manifestations sociales, ainsi que leurs dynamiques de politisation, individuelle et collective. Elles deviennent autant de cl\u00e9s d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour saisir notre rapport contemporain au pouvoir et au \u00ab\u00a0vivre ensemble\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>la solitude ouvre sur les tensions invisibles de nos liens intimes, sociaux et politiques ; la col\u00e8re sociale \u00e9claire notre rapport \u00e0 l\u2019injustice et nos modes de r\u00e9sistance au \u00ab\u00a0syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb ; l\u2019espoir interroge la transmission entre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et les luttes autour de notre avenir collectif.

EN<\/strong> : I am a sociologist and Professor at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al<\/a>. Over the past few years, my research has focused on the social and political dimensions of emotions, particularly three of them: loneliness, anger, and hope<\/a>. I seek to understand their origins, their manifestations, and, above all, the ways in which they become politicized, both individually and collectively. I approach these emotions as entry points into broader questions about contemporary relationships to power and collective life. Loneliness sheds light on the invisible tensions embedded in our intimate, social, and political ties; social anger reveals how people experience injustice and develop forms of resistance to the \u00ab system \u00bb; hope raises questions about intergenerational transmission and the struggles surrounding our collective future.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
